Offline Bookings
  • If Cancelled 7 days prior to Check-in Date, Full Refund.
  • If Cancelled within 0-7 days prior to Check-in Date, No Refund.
  • In case of No-Show, No Refund.
Online Bookings
  • If Cancelled 7 days prior to Check-in Date, 95% Refund.
  • If Cancelled within 0-7 days prior to Check-in Date, No Refund.
  • In case of No-Show, No Refund.

Refund Policy

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment made for booking.

In case of payment made by UPI / Wallet / Net Banking / NEFT refund will be made to the same account.

It can take up to 7-14 Business days to for customers to receive the refund.
